SEPA direct debit

Give us a SEPA direct debit mandate and we will collect the agreed instalment conveniently and securely from your account. Contact us and we will send you all the necessary information.

We expressly advise against this! This often leads to confusion and also to further unpleasant consequences for you (e.g. registration in the SCHUFA or other databases). Sometimes it even happens that further measures have already been carried out by us, so that you also have to bear these costs.

The principal claim is the sum of the original invoice amount. This is listed separately on the reminder/payment reminder.

The following amounts are referred to as ancillary claims:

Dunning costs: As of the second reminder, a maximum of € 2.50 per reminder may usually be demanded by law.

Costs for address determination and bank return debit notes are permissible if the respective amount is proven.

An expense allowance of a maximum of 20 € (e.g. for postage, research costs, or translations) may be requested.

Business fee: This fee arises from the extrajudicial handling of the case. It is calculated according to the amount of the main claim.

Agreement fee: This fee is due upon conclusion of an instalment payment and is calculated according to the amount of the principal claim as well as ancillary claims and interest.

Dunning notice: If a collection agency issues a dunning notice against a debtor, it can demand the costs for this.

Execution costs: If a collection agency initiates enforcement measures against the debtor, the debtor must bear the costs incurred.

As a rule, this interest may not be more than 5 percentage points (B2C) or 9% (B2B) above the base rate. In the case of debt collection, the debtor must therefore not only pay the principal claim, but must also always pay interest accrued since the beginning of the delay. A reputable debt collection agency will list the principal claim, additional claims and interest transparently in the reminder letter.
